JSW Heating Solutions provides landlord gas safety certificates (CP12) across Surrey from £85 to £150. We inspect and test the gas appliances in your rental property, issue the certificate you are legally required to hold, and send you a reminder around four weeks before your renewal is due.
If you let a property, you are legally required to have the gas appliances checked every year and to hold a valid gas safety certificate. We provide landlord gas safety certificates, known as a CP12, for landlords across Surrey, keeping you compliant and your tenants safe.
During the check we inspect and test the gas appliances and associated pipework in the property, confirm everything is safe, and issue your certificate. Certificates cost between £85 and £150 depending on the number of appliances involved.

Does the call out cover parts too?
Unfortunately no, the call out fee only covers your first hour of labour. The cost of any parts is an additional cost added on top, and we always quote this before carrying out the work.
What if you cannot fix my boiler?
In the rare case where a boiler cannot be repaired, we explain why, set out the cost of the visit to diagnose the fault, and talk you through the cost of a new boiler so you can decide what is best.
